Refund & returns policy

Our products are eBooks (digital content), so the usual rules for returning physical goods do not apply.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand your right to cancel ends once the download starts. If you have not downloaded your eBook yet, email us and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Faulty or wrong files

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or is not the title you bought, email horizonltd000@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days. We will send a working copy or give you a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
